PHEWA LAKE

Phewa Lake is the second-largest lake in Nepal and the heart of Pokhara's tourism. Surrounded by green hills and overlooking the snow-covered Annapurna range, the lake is famous for its crystal-clear waters that beautifully reflect the surrounding mountains.

Visitors can enjoy a relaxing boat ride across the lake while admiring panoramic views of Machapuchare (Fishtail Mountain), one of Nepal's most iconic peaks. The peaceful atmosphere makes Phewa Lake an ideal place for photography, relaxation, and enjoying nature.

TAL BARAHI TEMPLE

The temple can only be reached by boat, making the journey itself a unique experience. Surrounded by calm waters and panoramic mountain views, Tal Barahi offers a peaceful atmosphere where visitors can observe local religious traditions while appreciating the beauty of the lake.

WORLD PEACE PAGODA

Perched high on a hill overlooking Pokhara Valley, the World Peace Pagoda is one of Nepal's most iconic Buddhist monuments. Built by Japanese Buddhist monks to promote global peace and harmony, the gleaming white stupa provides one of the finest panoramic viewpoints in the region.

From the summit, visitors can enjoy sweeping views of Phewa Lake, Pokhara City, lush green hills, and the magnificent Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain ranges. The peaceful surroundings make it an ideal destination for meditation, photography, and quiet reflection.

DEVI'S FALL

Devi's Fall, locally known as Patale Chhango, is one of Pokhara's most fascinating natural attractions. The waterfall is unique because the rushing waters of the Pardi Khola stream plunge into a deep underground tunnel before disappearing beneath the earth.

During the monsoon season, the waterfall becomes especially powerful and spectacular. Beautifully landscaped gardens, viewing platforms, and nearby souvenir shops make Devi's Fall a popular stop for both sightseeing and photography.

GUPTESHWOR MAHADEV CAVE

Situated directly opposite Devi's Fall, Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave is one of the longest and most sacred limestone caves in Nepal. The cave is dedicated to Lord Shiva and houses a naturally formed Shiva Lingam, attracting both pilgrims and visitors.

As you descend into the cave through illuminated passages, you'll encounter impressive limestone formations, underground chambers, and a viewpoint where the waterfall from Devi's Fall can be seen cascading through the cave. The combination of natural beauty and spiritual significance makes this an unforgettable experience.

SARANGKOT

Sarangkot is Pokhara's most famous viewpoint and one of the best places in Nepal to witness a spectacular Himalayan sunrise. Located at an elevation of approximately 1,600 metres, the hilltop offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Machapuchare (Fishtail), and other Himalayan peaks.

LAKESIDE POKHARA

The lively Lakeside area is the tourism hub of Pokhara and a wonderful place to spend a relaxing afternoon or evening. Stretching along the eastern shore of Phewa Lake, the promenade is lined with cafés, restaurants, bakeries, art galleries, handicraft shops, boutiques, and live music venues.
