Festival Organizer will select the best 10 Dance, Theatre and Music groups with exceptional artistic level from 4 corners of the World.

Festival is open to dance and music groups of any style : Folk dances, Classical dances, Theatres, Contemporary dances, Latin dances, Ball room dances, Street Dances, Modern Dances, Social dances, Oriental dances, Choirs, Brass Bands, Orchestras & majorettes.

Age group of the Participants should be 7 - 75+ years. (Exceptions will be permitted)

Number of participants in the group should be 1 - 40+ members including dancers, mangers and musicians.

Group members should cover the expense of their International flight for the round-trip.

Group members, has to have Travel Insurance which should include your medical and accidental coverage during the period of the festival.

Festival will provide the accomodations with 3 meals as per the accommodation packages choosed by the groups.

Other expenses, such as beverages, laundry, room service, long distance calls etc. shall be borne by the individual of the group.

Group will be accompanied by one IEFF-host during the festival.

Group has to get National Flag of their Country, 4 to 5 gifts to exchange with the officials of the festival.

NOTE : Groups are the responsibility of the organizer from their arrival to the departures from KTM –Tribhuvan International Airport-Kathmandu according to the flight ticket schedules. On organizer’s invitation groups are not allowed to stay in Nepal for any other purposes beyond the organizer’s knowledge. Organizer will pick up the groups on arrival from KTM –Tribhuvan International Airport-Kathmandu and will escort the groups to the Boarding sections of IGI-New Delhi Airport on departures. If the Organizers encounter the groups with any other engagements with any other companies, the organizer have the right to cancel the invitation at any point of time and escort the groups to the Boarding sections of KTM –Tribhuvan International Airport-Kathmandu.

Group should choose for the accommodation packages specified below.
• Arrival day's first mela is Lunch      • Departure day's last mela is Breakfast.
• Check in time (11:30-12:00 noon)    • Check out time (11:30-12:00 noon)

Single Occupancy 25EUR Extra per day

Double Occupancy 15EUR Extra/day/person

Groups can extend their stay

35EUR /day/person / 3* rated Hotel including food.

45EUR /day/person / 4* rated Hotel including food.

The Group should perform 4 different folk dances with 10,15, 20 minutes slots each with different costumes which is mandatory 2 times a day at provided venues.

Live or Recorded music will be entertained on IEFF stages.

Venues for performances will include open-air stages, theaters, halls, Auditoriums, the parade through the central street- The New Delhi, and scenic spots without special stage facilities or lighting equipment.

Groups should attend the rehearsal on time.

Group should provide 2 workshops & 1 Road show.

During the festival period, the groups have no right to cancel any performance without taking prior approval from the Festival Committee.

Groups should stick to their seats at the venue and enjoy the other group performances and after intimation of their performance slot only they have to leave their seats.

Groups should not take the selfies during the performances at the venue. They should respect the other group performances by watching them. Selfies will be allowed after all the group performances only.

Groups should not carry the alcohol to the performance venues, drinking alcohol and smoking is highly prohibited at the public areas in Nepal and we strictly follow this in our performance venues and in Tours & Buses also.

Groups should not take the selfies with the public or unknown people during their stay in the festival.

Groups should maintain their dignity towards the festival board and to other groups too else immediate actions will be taken by the festival board towards their behaviors with huge fines.

The festival reserves the right for Radio,TV and video-recording without paying any honorarium.

The Festival organizing committee has the right to change the schedule of the program at any time during the festival.

By applying you confirm that you accept all festival conditions. All detailed information will be supplied after the confirmation for participation.

Any activity, either from any individual or any group that could harm the festival is not allowed.

IEFF reserves the right to make its own decisions by consulting your organizing members at those unforeseen situations which are not mentioned in the Conditions of the festival.
